Tiffany Spencer is a 7x certified Salesforce professional and Salesforce MVP with over 15 years of experience leading digital transformations for organizations leveraging the Salesforce platform. She specializes in implementing innovative solutions that improve operations, enhance user engagement, and drive measurable outcomes.
As a dedicated community leader, Tiffany is the founder of Tech Forward, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering historically underrepresented communities by providing access to cloud-based applications and career opportunities. Through workshops, instructor-led training, and online programs, Tech Forward equips participants with the skills to pursue higher-paying jobs and career advancement in technology.
In 2022, Tiffany spearheaded the launch of Dreamin’ In Color, a community conference focused on increasing opportunities for Black, Latinx, and Hispanic professionals in the Salesforce ecosystem. The event has grown into a premier gathering for technology professionals seeking to connect, learn, and advance.
Tiffany is also an Advisory Board member of Black Orlando Tech, a nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating economic advancement for minorities through careers in technology. She mentors high school and college students, fostering pathways into tech careers and inspiring the next generation of IT leaders.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Tiffany now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, where she earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration.
