We are so excited to be celebrating 11 YEARS of Team Hidi with all of you! Please read on for details on what to know before the event.

Team Hidi is rain or shine!

The current forecast for Sunday shows a chance of rain. All tasting stations are indoors, but you will be outside as you walk from venue to venue. Please dress accordingly and use caution both outdoors and indoors, as floors may be slippery.

Ticket Info

There are no printed or digital tickets for this event. All ticketed guests must provide their name at the door to gain admission into the event. If you need to update your attendee information, please email the Registration Captain, Donna Fairchild, at dorefairchild@gmail.com before 12pm ET on Sunday, March 12.

• 4:00 pm – doors open for Tastemaker ticket holders

• 4:20 pm & 4:45 pm — exclusive Tastemaker experiences (more info below!)

• 5:30 pm — doors open for General Admission ticket holders

• 6:15 pm — all guests make their way to Wild Heaven’s Garden Club

• 6:30 pm — Stage Program and Live Auction begin at Wild Heaven Garden Club

• 7:20 pm — live performance by Yacht Rock Revue on the main stage at Wild Heaven

• 9:00 pm — event ends (grab a special treat from the McDonald’s cart on your way out!)

• 4 host venues (Monday Night Garage, ASW Whiskey Exchange, Wild Heaven Beer, and Boxcar)

• Rock out to three live music performances: Rich Gunderlock in ASW Whiskey Exchange, DJ Yvonne Monet at Monday Night Garage, and Yacht Rock Revue at Wild Heaven (Yacht Rock set starts at 7:20 pm, after the live auction)

• Over 90 food and beverage stations

• “Why I Give” Testimonial Booth at ASW — tell us why you support Giving Kitchen and our food service community!

• Sparkling and still water provided by Montane and Callaway Water

• Special farewell treat

In addition to the above experiences, our Tastemaker ticket holders will enjoy:

• Exclusive Tastemaker experiences at each host venue at 4:20 pm and 4:45 pm – “Choose your own adventure!”

New this year! Our technology partner, Popmenu, is providing an enhanced experience for our guests and a chance to showcase all of the Team Hidi 2023 food and beverage partners using their one-of-a-kind, interactive menu technology!  

Using Popmenu’s online platform, guests can:

• locate F+B booths across the venues

• leave personal tasting reviews during the event

• save dishes that they want to be reminded about later – for future bookings at their favorite spots!

The final site will be complete by Friday, March 10. We encourage you to sign in and show some love to all our fabulous F+B partners! 

Boy, are we excited to bring you this year’s live lots! Are you a Hawks fan? We have a lot for that. Do you like live music? We have a lot for that. Do you like to travel? Of course you do! And we have several lots for that. Check out this year’s live auction lots below.

The mobile auction is a silent, online auction that will go live on Friday, March 10 at 12 pm Eastern and will close on Sunday, March 12 at 9 pm Eastern. Team Hidi attendees and non-attendees alike can bid on stellar experiences while supporting our mission of helping food service workers in crisis!

You’ll see things like:

• Private in-home cooking class with Chef Deborah VanTrece for 8 guests

• Sports experiences with Atlanta’s favorite teams

• Private dinner and wine pairing for 10 at The Deer and The Dove

• Virtual wok cooking class for 10 with Emmy Award- and James Beard Award-Winning Chef Andrew Zimmern

Food lots, sports lots, lots for your home, and lots to get you out of your home. We have it all!

Mobile Auction Registration

Even if you have purchased a ticket to Team Hidi, you must register separately for the mobile auction! We strongly encourage doing this before the event.

Follow these steps to register:

1. Go to the Mobile Auction Registration page on your computer or smartphone.

2. Click “Sign in with email.”

3. If you bought a ticket to Team Hidi, enter the same email address you used to purchase your tickets (if someone else purchased your ticket, use the email address you gave them when they registered your ticket).

4. Create a password.

5. Enter your mobile number, First Name, Last Name, and home address. If you’d like, you can check the box that will text you a link to sign in easily later on — this is a great option for those who are attending Team Hidi and don’t want to spend time logging in on your phone during the event.

6. Add a credit card.

7. You’re registered! You can now make a donation, view the mobile auction lots, and place your bids. Happy bidding!

   Please note that only a handful of lots will be available for preview. There will be over 70 auction items to bid on once the auction goes live at 12 pm Eastern on Friday, March 11!

Weather: At the time of publication, there is a chance of rain forecasted for March 12. All tasting stations will be indoors but there is outdoor, uncovered space in between venues. Consider bringing an umbrella and dress accordingly — Team Hidi is rain or shine!

Parking: Parking is limited and rideshare is strongly encouraged.

Event Access: While our host venues are only open to Team Hidi attendees, the BeltLine will remain open to the public. To ensure only ticketed guests, staff, and volunteers are accessing Team Hidi venue spaces, please wear your non-transferable wristband at all times to gain entry into our host venues.

Code of Conduct

Harassment at Giving Kitchen events will not be tolerated. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: verbal language that reinforces social structures of domination related to gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category; sexual imagery in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; offensive verbal language; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. This code of conduct applies to anyone involved with the event (ticketed individuals, volunteers, Giving Kitchen staff, vendors, and vendor staff).
