Libby Schoppman
Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Libby has been in the food service industry her whole life. Growing up a “Chicken Kid” in a poultry-industry family, the feeding-the-world mentality has always been in her blood. Her love of food, sustainability, and community has brought her full circle back to her culinary roots as Giving Kitchen’s Senior Brand Marketing Manager. Libby lives by the creed of her alma mater: “I believe in the human touch, which cultivates sympathy with my fellow men and mutual helpfulness and brings happiness for all.”
Libby brings over eight years of marketing experience in both retail and food service to Giving Kitchen’s team and finds joy in wearing many hats throughout her career (and not just for fashion purposes!). From creating pop-up guerilla marketing events with a ‘65 Vintage Airstream Fry Truck to creating 60+ grand opening experiences for Chicken Salad Chick franchisees across the Southeast, she gets to do what she loves most: create amazing client experiences and user journeys through collaborative marketing campaigns. She loves the light bulb moments of life, the power of community connection, and being an advocate for the food service community.
Libby loves exploring new restaurants and trying different things. She’s always scanning Scott’s Cheap Flights for the next adventure with the goal of learning the way of the locals and appreciating new cuisines!
After a few years moving about the Southeast, Libby took the midnight train back to her home state of Georgia (in the best way!) and has established her roots with her husband, Garrett, and their golden pups, Mr. Finn and Abba, in Marietta.
