Case Manager
Erin Stanhope was born and raised in Georgia. Her passion for food service was sparked when she took a job hosting and waiting tables at a famous hometown restaurant, Henry’s Louisiana Grill. There she experienced firsthand just how closely food can bond people to one another. At Henry’s every day was a party and everyone was family.
Erin is a recent graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelors degree in Social Entrepreneurship — which is essentially a smorgasbord of start-up ventures, nonprofit, and social issues. She has volunteered in several nonprofit organizations over the years and finds great fulfillment in directly engaging with clients and working diligently to find solutions to their problems. Some of the causes closest to her heart include: homelessness, access to healthcare, and domestic violence.
When she isn’t working or volunteering Erin enjoys reading a compelling book, seeing live music, thrifting unique clothes, dancing the night away, playing in the dirt and cuddling with her dogs.
